Matthew and I are just finishing up packing for our mini vacation. We are going to visist some friends for the weekend. Plus our anniversary is Sunday. We will be married for six years! Wow, its amazing how time really does fly when your in love. I remember that day like it was yesterday.

I treated myself to a nice spray tanning before the wedding. It was one of the best things I did. I am very pale white, so buy doing the spray tan, it made me look so pretty. It looks so nice and everyone was asking me where we went on vacation because I had such a an tan. I even used some on Matthew, but don’t tell nobody!

So many people are having babies. Geez. At least three people where Matthew works is having a baby. I hate to see what they are doing for baby showers. I told matthew that I was planning on getting some baby boy clothes on naartjie.com because they have some really nice clothes. If I am giving it as a gift, I want to make sure that its nice and good quailty. I dont want to give her something that is going to fall apart after one washing. This is why I picked naartjie.com for my choice . I plan on getting a few items and keeping it on hold, because you never know when you need a gift.

This weekend we are having a get together at my house. I can not wait to see everyone. Its going to be nice to have everyone together. My Aunt told me she bought me some Reed Diffuser Refill that I have been wanting to buy. I always forget and she was putting in a order there anyways, so she bought me a few to last me for a couple months. I thought it was so thoughtful. I can not wait to get them tomorrow. She also told me she bought me something else from the website, but she would not tell me. I love getting surpises!!

My Mom has a co worker that is having a baby in a few weeks. Since shes not computer savy, she asked me to find her some really nice personalized baby gifts for her co worker. Of course I am going to help her. I told her about a site that I really like called Babystuffgifts.com and that I usually get all my nephew and niece’s gifts there when they were babies.

We hopped on the computer and I showed her what they had to ofter and she fell in love with everything. Seriously! She had $300 dollars worth of products in her cart when she was done. Of course she didn’t order that much, but I love the cute stuff they offer!

I just found out one of my older Aunts is having a baby. This is bit of a shock to me. I guess she and her boyfriend (of 25 years) were just trying and God bless them with a baby. I am so excited for her. I know that she really did want a baby, and now it has happened.

I got to talk to her and got to congrats her on her baby. She says the only thing she is worrying about is finding maternity tees that fit. I told my Aunt that she was nuts and that of course she would find clothes. I found a good site online that has really nice maternity products. They offer lots of fun colors and trends. I am going to get her a gift card and send it to her. I know she will love it. I would pick some stuff out, but I am afraid she might not like what I pick out, so a gift card is safe. Another part why I want to pick the place I did, because their products seem to be good quailty and this is good, because I know how you can wash clothes and then they just fall apart. What a waste of money!

I decided that I am no longer going to hold myself back and I am going to reach for my dreams and do it! I decided to attend MUD! Thats the makeup designer school in California! How exciting is that! I just got my supply list today and everything looks good, but one thing. I need lab coats while at school. This is hard because I am overweight. I just can’t go to any store and pick one out. I also want a good lab coat. I don’t want one that is just going to fall apart either. I want them to know that I am their to learn and I don’t want them to think I am sloppy. They do dry clean our coats every week, which would be a good thing.

I just hope and pray I can really find a coat.

As you all know, I want to be a makeup artist. Usually most cosmetic  companies want you to wear some  form of uniform which includes a lab coat. I think its a good idea. I can’t tell you how many times I got makeup, glitter an foundation all over my clothes. If I had a lab coat to protect my clothes, like most makeup artist use, my clothes would be safe.

Another  good reason for a coat is that  everyone in your makeup area looks proffecial and clean. Espically when wearing white. It gives you a polish fresh look. Nobody is going to go to a makeup artist that is messy. A coat is a must for this career field.
